About us.

FoodPlus Technical Consultants Pty Ltd was established in 2012 with a clear mission: to deliver professional, practical, and value-adding consultancy and training solutions to the food manufacturing industry. Since then, we have grown into a trusted partner for numerous dairy and non-dairy manufacturers, providing expertise in food safety, product development, and technical training.

We specialise in food safety compliance, microbiological problem-solving, and product and process development, helping businesses strengthen quality systems and optimise manufacturing outcomes.

Our tailored training programs equip teams with real-world knowledge in product and process science, technology, functionality, and sensory evaluation. We also deliver targeted training in Food Safety, GMP, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and factory hygiene and cleaning.

FoodPlus has proudly supported a wide range of dairy processors, including manufacturers of cheese, yoghurt, and fermented products, as well as milk and whey powders, infant formula, fresh milk, cream, ESL, UHT, and ice cream.

Our expertise also extends to the non-dairy sector, where we work with producers of plant-based yoghurts, food oils, flour, fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, dips, bottled water, and packaging materials. In addition, we have also provided technical support to process engineering companies, foodservice operators, ingredient suppliers, regulatory bodies, and fertiliser companies.

Meet the Team

Keith Glewis, Director of FoodPlus Technical Consultants

    Keith has a Master of Applied Science degree in Dairy Technology through the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Certificate in Biosecurity Science and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.  Prior to FoodPlus, Keith worked for Bonlac Foods and Fonterra Australia for 25 years in cheese and technical management roles.

    Keith’s skills and experience include food science and technology, food and process microbiology, product development, quality systems and extensive training to a wide range of individuals.

Sarah Glewis, Marketing & Events Coordinator

    Sarah, our Marketing and Events Coordinator, has been an integral part of the team since 2023. Holding a Diploma in Event Management, she combines strategic insight with creativity to deliver outstanding results. Sarah was instrumental in the design and development of our company website and oversees the planning and execution of key initiatives, including training days and trade shows. Her expertise ensures seamless, high-impact events that align with our brand's goals and elevate our presence in the industry.
